The date of the mandatory organizational meeting will be communicated to participants via email.
The activities will be carried out on a single date (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for groups 52 and 53 from April 12 - 14, 2024, while for groups 54 and 55 from May 10 - 12, 2024 in the form of hiking on selected mountain trails in Lower Silesia.

Classes are conducted by mgr Jan Ciesielski, and mgr Piotr Marszal.
The classes are designed for people who enjoy mountain hiking.
The University does not provide transportation to the classes, accommodation or meals.

No health contraindications to participate in physical education classes
It is necessary to have your own equipment and appropriate clothing and footwear for mountain hiking.
Description:
Participants will learn the most important aspects of mountain tourism and will learn the basic signs of trails and orientation in the mountain area. Students will learn the principles of safe movement in the mountains, how to adjust the pace of hiking to their abilities and how to use tourist maps.
