Description:

During functional fitness, all muscle parts, central muscle parts as well as deep muscles are involved. Functional training is performed in repeated series in a specific number of repetitions as well as it is performed in a specific amount of time. Moreover, functional fitness is also performed on the principle of circuit training. The positive effects of functional fitness are the improvement of the cardiovascular system and the increase of the body's efficiency, the comprehensive physical development of the body through the involvement of many muscle groups in a single exercise, the strengthening of the whole body through the involvement of deep muscles.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Classes in the form of various exercise circuits using your own body weight and fitness equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, tubing, steppes, bosu, medicine balls, bodypump, large gym balls, small gym balls, "Rip 60" suspended systems.
