Description:

Cross Training is an intense exercise performed with or without the use of various equipment, involving as many muscle groups as possible at the same time, shaping all motor characteristics and improving the efficiency of the body.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules
  • Each class consists of a warm-up, exercises to teach technique, functional exercises to prepare for the main part and "workout" - the main part, stretching and "rolling" - relaxation. The main part - workout is constantly changing and consists of many different exercises - body resistance "gymnastics" - such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups on a bar, with the use of functional strength with the help of free weight "weightlifting" - such as deadlifting, kettlebell throwing and endurance, such as skipping rope and running. Classes are conducted using equipment such as skipping ropes, rollers, body pumps (barbells), bosu, kettlebell, rip60, power bands, abmata.
